Return Process

  Log in to your Swashaa account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all designer tags and original packaging intact for a successful processing.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use our prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
